Training, coaching, team management:

  • Plan and implement training content according to a unified program
  • Practical training, guidance, supervision of trainees in practicing training content
  • Manage and monitor students compliance with training and work regulations
  • Periodically report on training status and progress of students completion of targets

Build and develop programs:

  • Review, build new, update training programs
  • Review and update exam question banks for students
  • Propose changes and improvements to training programs

Manage budget and equipment:

  • Control and balance operating budget
  • Manage equipment, update status and notify the handling contact in a timely manner or request innovation and supplementation

Support and interact after training:

  • Regularly exchange, advise, and resolve difficulties for graduates during the period when they return to the business unit to work (at least within 2 months after graduation)
  • Regularly exchange with the business unit about the students work at the unit and synthesize feedback and contributions from the units to assess and have directions for continuing to develop training activities

Other jobs:Participate in projects of the Block or the Bank.

Job Requirement

  • Graduate from universities majoring in Economics, Finance - Banking, Business Administration..., priority given to candidates majoring in: Economics, pedagogy, banking, foreign languages, commerce...
  • Priority is given to internal candidates with at least 02 years of experience in business at Banks/Credit Institutions/Large Corporations with scale and development level equivalent to or greater than TPBank.
  • Candidates have knowledge of Measurement/Human Resource Management activities and have passion and orientation for developing the education - measurement field.
  • Have teamwork skills, work independently, time management, good pressure resistance.
  • Have a spirit of learning, progress, agility, good communication.
  • Experience working in Measurement Management/ Measurement Organization is an advantage.
