Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Travel Consultant at Abercrombie & Kent Vietnam. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for working with agents in planning and booking their client's tailormade travel arrangements in Vietnam, providing excellent customer service, managing travel itineraries, invoicing, handling reservations, and working closely with other stakeholders like operations, contracting & more. This is primarily an office-based role in Ho Chi Minh City with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Reservations experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Native Fluency in Vietnamese, Professional level in English language
• Knowledge of Vietnamese language and Southeast Asian destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
