Travel Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations.

• Experience in travel consulting, travel management, and making travel arrangements
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle reservations and bookings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
