Job Summary
The Treasury Relationship Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial resources, particularly in the e-commerce pharmaceutical sector. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, overseeing credit facilities, and ensuring effective cash flow management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure capital availability for the company's operations, with a focus on the e-commerce pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong credit relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring that credit limits remain intact and are not negatively impacted.
- Monitor and manage credit records and conditions to ensure uninterrupted access to necessary credit facilities, maintaining optimal financial flexibility.
- Coordinate and optimize cash flow between subsidiaries and regional offices in different countries, ensuring efficient use of capital and liquidity management across the organization.
- Identify and propose innovative financial solutions to improve funding sources, streamline cash management, and support the company's expansion and strategic business goals.
- Provide financial insights and advice to senior management, recommending optimal financial strategies to enhance business performance and meet growth objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
2/ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial management, treasury, or banking, with preference given to candidates with experience in e-commerce or related sectors.
3/ Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of credit management and banking relationships, with a strong understanding of financial products, credit terms, and lending policies.
- Advanced proficiency in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and liquidity optimization.
- Ability to assess and manage financial risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
4/ Professional Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent financial analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and optimize financial resources and capital needs.
