Your Role Overview
As a UA Marketing at Puzzle Studio, you'll play a crucial role in driving user growth and engagement through strategic and creative advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Your Mission
- Drive ROAS and budget growth across key ad channels like Google, Facebook, and Applovin, managing campaigns for optimal performance.
- Develop creative, impactful video ads that boost CTR and CVR, and continuously test and optimize to enhance campaign results.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness, focusing on increasing game installs.
- Analyze data and market trends to gain insights, optimize landing pages, and compile case studies for strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute targeted user acquisition campaigns aligned with our growth goals.
What you need to win
- 2+ years in mobile app marketing, preferably within the gaming industry, with strong skills in managing large advertising budgets and achieving high ROAS
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written (TOIEC 750)
- Data-driven, analytical mindset and a focus on continuous testing and optimization
- Critical thinking, accountability, and a commitment to learning and adapting within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
