OVERVIEW:
A Designer will collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas based on the brief. This role also ensures that visual creation incorporates successful branding perspectives and strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the Design lead and Product managers to understand the business, user and project goals (Also to ensure great user experience across the products)
- Conduct research, empathizing with the users to target the right problems. (Depending on each project)
- Created and communicated user flows, wireframes, component and UI designs with aesthetics and visual consistency throughout Saigon Digital projects.
- Contribute to defining and improving design systems, working processes and product vision.
- Create a visual graphic to adapt to the website and product.
- Keep updated with new trends and best design practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Design or a related field.
2. Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of UX/UI design experience for digital products or related services.
- A strong portfolio which showcases your strengths in UI/UX design
- Are user-oriented and result-oriented
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, XD, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Plus point: Have graphic design skills as base and understanding of branding/concept. Have knowledge of HTML/CSS
3. Knowledge
- Have good design thinking and research ability
- Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends
- Familiarity with all facets of UI design, such as information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Sketching or Conceptualization skills with the ability to explain the strategy behind the design
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
