Job Brief
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll be responsible for
- Drive strong UX design, prioritizing user needs and behaviors to create intuitive interfaces.
- Design and optimize mobile and desktop interfaces.
- Quickly adapt to evolving product requirements and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the product managers and development teams.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in mobile UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma. Experience in Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new things.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve user problems through design solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Experience working with MVP products.
- Agile mindset and experience working in agile development teams, with knowledge of agile design methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese job market is a plus.
