Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and enhancing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, and developers. This is a part-time position and will be contracted under a hp ng cng tc vin.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience throughout the customer journey.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and technical constraints, and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Ensure the design adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a design-thinking culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, at a professional/business level.
- Located in H Ch Minh City, VN.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and user-friendly designs.
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications is a plus.
How you'll work:
- Work is remote, work anywhere that is comfortable for you.
- Work will be about 10-20 hours per week.
- You will communicate with team members mostly via Microsoft Teams.
- Work is assigned to you via Azure DevOps.
- You will track you time work with QuickBooks Online time tracking.
