UIUX Designer

A. Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements, translating them into innovative and user-friendly design solutions.

Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to the development team and stakeholders.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and use this data to inform design decisions.

Utilize data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the user experience of our products.

Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.

Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of design innovation.

Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications and provide ongoing support during the development process.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.

Provide design support to other departments as needed, contributing to a cohesive and unified brand experience.

B. Job Qualification & Requirements

At least 1 year of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Highly proficient in Figma for creating design mockups, prototypes, and user flows.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, UX laws, and design patterns.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design decisions.

Thorough, detail-oriented, and responsible, with a user-centric mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to capture specific product requirements and provide tailored design solutions.

Keen eye for aesthetics, with strong attention to detail in typography, color theory , and layout design.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and highlighting your design process and problem-solving skills.

C. Compensation & Benefit

2-month probation period with full salary.
