About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Unity Mobile Games Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop game projects on the Unity platform for a global audience. You will collaborate closely with QA, Artists, UA, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality and precisely functioning game products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile games using Unity 3D Game Engine.
- Optimize games to meet quality standards (crash-free rate, ANR, etc.).
- Maintain and add new features to existing company games.
- Propose technical and process improvements for game development.
- Share practical knowledge and experience with team members.
- Conduct research, write documentation, and create guides.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in game development with Unity 3D Game Engine.
- At least 2 mobile games released on iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong OOP programming skills.
- Independent problem-solving abilities, logical and creative thinking.
- Experience with Textures, UV mapping, Shaders, and other graphic techniques to create stunning and realistic visuals in games.
- Proficiency in game development with Unity, including game architecture, control structures, AI, networking, effects, etc.
- Experience integrating third-party plugins and using Firebase.
- Proficiency in using GIT.
- High-level debugging and game optimization skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for mobile games.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 3 years of experience who demonstrate potential, a learning spirit, and ambition are also encouraged to apply.
