Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for:
- Ensure to advise and provide personal financial products and services in accordance with customer needs, in order to bring the best experience to customers.
- Ensure compliance and minimizes risks when processing transactions, providing products and services to customers.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Carrying out transactions and providing services:
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Perform cash and non-cash transactions for customers (such as opening accounts, receiving deposits, etc.) in accordance with TCB's procedures.
- Update TCB's product informaiton, regulations, procedures, Marketing program, Sales Campaign and guidelines to provide services to retail customers in the fastest and best way
- Receive and resolve customer requests and complaints in accordance with Techcombank's regulations.
- Receive customers opinions on products, processes, services, policies... to have recommendations for related departments for improving product, process and policy
- Consulting: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, consulting and providing personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs
- Receive and understand customer information to advise and provide products and services suitable to customer needs or introduce to positions according to regulations to bring the best experience to customers. Client.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the transaction process and encourage customers to use other products.
- Exploit, consult, and provide personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs according to the assigned customer list in each period.
- Ensuring correct and complete advice on personal financial products and services and in accordance with customer needs
- Develop customers through sales channels according to the bank's orientation from time to time
- Effective management: Manage plans and business results
- Develop and implement individual business plans to achieve assigned business targets.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Report And Checking
- Check transactions/documents arising during the day
- Reconcile transactions and cash amounts, ensure the balance in the cash fund reaches zero after the end of trading hours
- Check the documents that have accounted for the previous day's transactions.
- Prepare daily reports after trading hours end
- Be a member of the ATM fundraising team at the branch/transaction office/neighborhood.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Instructor Team Leader.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Graduated bachelor preferably in majors: economics - finance - banking.
- At least 03 years of experience in the banking sector
- Proficient in office skill
