Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Design Specialist at our office in tbe Tn Bnh district of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The User Experience Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and improving the visual design and user experience of our property management software and related solutions. The day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and applying design thinking principles to enhance the overall user experience of our software. This position will report jointly to the head of our Vietnam office and to our Creative Design Director in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• User Experience Design (UED), Visual Design, and Design Thinking skills
• User Research and Prototyping skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with UX design tools and software
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
