Role Description

Beings is seeking a full-time UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our Beings platform and mobile apps. Additionally, you will work on graphic design for marketing and social media campaigns and support the development team in performing QA of the platform and the app.

Responsibilities

• Experience in conducting user research and applying design thinking methodologies
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design consistency and implement design improvements.
• Prototyping skills
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
• Create graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, and other promotional content.
• Assist in performing quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the platform and app meet design specifications and user expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
