User Study Customer Service (Research Assistant)

We are a consulting firm representing a large IT client. This position of User Study Research Assistant will be assisting our live user studies research project by working directly with participants who come to the site by taking them through differentstations set up throughout the site location, getting the participant to do what is needed at each station following specific scripts.THIS IS NOT FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH, IT IS A LIVE USER STUDIES COLLECTION FOR THE TECHNOLOGY FIELD.

The work week schedule will be six (6) days a week and will be determined by the Site Coordinator and/or the Project Lead that will include AT LEAST one weekend day,so you must be willing to work weekends for consideration for this position.

This position will be a hourly position that will extend to approximately the end of December, 2024 induration(however, scope of work could change based on client needs and the project may be extended). This is a temporary role that will not result in a full-time permanent position. However, dependent on the success of the project, there maybe opportunities for future employment.

Opportunities:

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the execution of user-testing including site and station setup, breakdown, data review, intake/outtake of participants, recording/reporting of the participant experiences, and other research related activities.
• Provide a great experience for participants in the study and guide them through prompts needed for data collection.
• Maintain lab and equipment.
• Support in participant recruitment for the demographic needs of the study.
• Support all User Research staff in day-to-day tasks.

Research Assistant Profile:

• Possess greatinterpersonal communication (strong face-to-face customer service skills), relationship building, and be able to make participants feel comfortable (both written and verbal)
• Possess greatorganizational and analytical skills - strong attention to detail iskeyto this role.
• Be good at time management, work well in a fast-paced study environment, and have a willingness to take initiative.
• Adaptable and quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems.
• Experience with user/market research is desirable.
• Some basic technical experience isdesirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets) isrequired.
• Some experience with iOS systems/devices isrequired.
• Musthave a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills!

You will work with the Project Manager directly at the study site. Show up to work on time, be willing to lend a helping hand, and make participants feel welcomed and engaged.

Job Type:

• Full-time, 40-48 hours,Seasonal Temporary Employee

Timeline:

• Tentative start date of September 30th, 2024 running to end of December, 2024with possibility of extension.[PLEASE NOTE:scope of work could change based on client needs(dates are tentative and start/end date subject to change depending on data collection)].

Pay:

• 12,000,000 VND per month,paid semi-monthly
• 200,000 VND per week food allowance

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1year(Preferred).
• Market Research: 1year(Preferred).

Locations:

• Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamarea, or within reasonable daily driving distance(Required).
• Actual location of site has not been determined at this time.
• Relocation is not offered.
• Must be able to commute to office daily.
