UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and UI standards
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX design trends and best practices
• May require occasional frontend coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for design implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing work for e-commerce, enterprise solutions, or ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and user research
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Optional skills: illustrations, iconography, video editing
