Job Description
As a member of the Marketing & Growth team, you will join a project team to develop a new venture. You will work across marketing, product, and sales to develop a seamless customer experience and optimize it for the lowest possible customer acquisition costs. Youll learn how to set up marketing and grow a new emerging brand from scratch.
- Work with our management team to develop marketing and growth strategies;
- Manage one or more marketing projects, ensuring that we hit our customer growth and retention KPIs;
- Structure and carry out new initiatives and tests to acquire more customers;
- Work on digital marketing channels, such as Google/Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.;
- Work with our freelance contributorsto develop UI/UX designs and new content for website, advertising and social media;
- Act as a generalist in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow; anticipate challenges, react promptly and calmly to necessary changes, and ease our growing pains.
Qualifications
This position might be a good fit if you:
- Are self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced team environment;
- Enjoy working with new technologies and testing out new tools;
- Have a good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
