Job Description:
- Manage overall Warehouse operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures.
- Manage the daily operations of Warehouse.
- Work closely with logistics, sales and marketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for ensuring the action plans under company to support the overall dispatch performance.
- Root cause analysis on performance and resolution recommendation involving process improvement, technical or job issue
- Manage budget to align with goals of business.
- Inventory management.
- Maintains and update sales & inventory reports and submit monthly report for corporate reporting
- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting.
- Apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in supply chain/fulfillment/ warehouse/logistics
- Need somebody from e-commerce like Lazada, Tiki,... who specializes in fulfillment, warehouse, supply chain
- Must possess experience in a multi-channel order fulfillment business environment
- Demonstrated experience in LEAN, ISO, or a formal quality management system designed to achieve continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to strong interpersonal skills
- Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; possess solid judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills, including analysis and interpretation of complex business documents as well as statistics and modeling
