Follow the progress of implementing wholesale targets.
Partner with Marketing to design marketing plans & promotion activities that build brand awareness, attract new customers, and foster loyalty in existing clients
Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee brand visual and image guidelines support business growth and brand visibility
Maintain relationships with recent customers.
Do market research and expand to new customers.
Contract negotiation.
Follow up with the clients in the area in charge.
Follow up with the debt and be responsible for recovering the debt.
Follow and update product information (on hand, date, new coming products,), create sale plans and sale promotions, and propose supporting programs for customers.
Support customers to set up and display for the new stores.
Solve complaints and feedback from customers.
Manage and prevent short-date goods returns.
Other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Arts in Sales, Business Administration, etc.
Having 5 years of experience in the related field
Computer literacy particularly in MS Excel
Customer-oriented and detailed oriented
Written and verbal English skills - able to communicate at all levels of the business.
Must be able to work independently and as a team.
Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
