Conduct Staff and Customers trainings for wine & spirits, glassware, accessories
Work closely with Marketing team to organize on-site / off-site activations + tastings / events
Market trends / Competitor's information quarterly update
Portfolio analysis and other wine-related topics consultancy for Warehouse
Work closely with Commercial team to consult attractive & competitive acquisition package offer to effectively acquire new potential accounts or to push stock clearance of slow-moving items
Sales Strategy: Develops and implements strategies to promote wine sales and enhance the overall profitability of the beverages
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Educational requirements: qualified international wine training certificates (WSET,)/ international Sommelier contest awards are highly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience background in this position or other business which is highly relevant to the required scope-of-work mentioned above
Good understanding of wine industry / Wine's B2B customers insights and the ability to effectively convince customers on products listings
High level of training, negotiation and presentation skills (in both Vietnamese and English)

English is a must (effective communication at intermediate level or above)
Can use effectively Microsoft Office software (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
