Job Summary
As an AI Developer at Kegmil, you will be instrumental in integrating generative AI technologies into our field service management software. This role involves developing new features, enhancing existing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement AI solutions that improve both internal processes and client service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
Design and develop new AI-driven features to enhance the functionality and user experience of our field service management software.
Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
Perform thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure their effectiveness and reliability in field settings.
Process Enhancement:
Analyze and identify opportunities within internal processes to implement AI for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Develop AI tools for automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the company.
Client AI Adoption:
Directly engage with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges related to AI adoption.
Customize and deploy AI solutions tailored to client requirements to enhance their operational efficiency and service quality.
Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of AI tools.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development with specific projects involving AI and machine learning.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI development tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of SaaS architecture are highly advantageous.
