Warehouse Team Leader (Manufacturing)

A. JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Verify all materials supplied to production are correct for the current job per specification sheet.
2. Supervise loading/ unloading of finished goods, materials transferred among warehouse
3. Supervise loading of finished goods into containers by external contractors.
4. Inspect pallets for protruding nails, broken or missing boards and purge defective pallets.
5. Inspect materials for contamination and defects before supplying to the production line.
6. Maintain all material handling equipment in good working order and cleanliness of warehouse.
7. Protect stock from destruction, abuse, fire, and theft.
8. Check requisitions and perform visual inspection of materials to ensure accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
9. Supervise and ensure Warehouse daily works are complied with regulations on 5S, GMP, ISO and safety.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

B. SKILL REQUIREMENT

1. At least 2 years at same role in manufacturing environment.
2. Good communication skills required.
3. Good problem-solving skills.
4. Good at numeric
5. Ability to drive continuous improvement.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Experience in SAP/ERP
8. Have forklift driving license is an advantage
