2. RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and Maintain Labs Vietnam IT infrastructure
- Provide on-site IT support to SAP employees
- Provide technical support to development project
- Provide support for local events
- Set up new offices or manage office relocations as required
- Participate in global/regional IT projects
- Contributing to the rollout and implementation of new technologies and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- Experience in office setup or relocation
- Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS
- In-depth knowledge of PC hardware (laptops, desktops)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
- Basic IT security knowledge (data leakage, phishing, vulnerabilities, patching)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Exceptional customer focus and communication
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Systematic, communicative, creative approach
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Fluency in spoken and written English
