The team Manager will play a critical role in managing relationships with our investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication, and supporting our HR department. This position requires a unique blend of investor relations expertise, HR knowledge, and strategic communication skills to enhance our company's reputation and foster strong investor and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual financial reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Organize and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and industry developments to provide strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and other financial reporting requirements.
Human Resources:
Collaborate with HR to align investor relations strategies with company culture and values.
Support HR initiatives by providing insights on investor expectations and market trends.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes communication, collaboration, and professional growth.
Communication:
Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating financial performance, strategic initiatives, and company vision to investors.
Coordinate with the PR team to manage external communications and media relations.
Prepare press releases, annual reports, and other corporate communications.
Qualifications:
Related working experiences or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate communications, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of financial statements, investment strategies, and market analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
