This PA reports directly to Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer and serves as point of contact for across PVA's business functions for all matters pertaining to Transformation and Strategy. The job holder is required to uphold a high level of confidentiality, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with internal and external business partners, and ability to work independently and with professional discretion.Job Responsibilities:
- To arrange meetings/ appointments and logistic support (if necessary), as requested, to process and manage E-payment, manage memo posting process,
- To make necessary arrangements for the business trips of CTSO and other staffs as required by CTSO
- To prepare expense claims and monthly expense reports
- To maintain business contact database
- Ensure the CTSO to have updated passport, visa, lease contract, etc.
- To support key projects as required
- To undertake any other tasks as appropriate within competence as assigned by CTSO from time to time.
Key Accountabilities:
- To coordinate and perform a variety of staff support activities for the division
