Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business meetings with stakeholders (led by the Product lead) to brainstorm and align product processes.
  • Research, Identify, evaluate, and align specifications for new features and enhancement of existing ones.
  • Conceptual design, research, and specification of entirely new features and functions
  • Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups.
  • Take full responsibility for specific releases of the products and services, ensuring that they fulfil stakeholders and customers needs and are delivered successfully on time.
  • Attend the scrum meetings for:

o Daily standup: Know your team status, answer and/or solve the team's issue on time.

o Grooming: proactively own and explain the product requirements and delivery expectations in all scrum meetings. Explain the essentials of product features/requirements.

o Demo: provide feedback on completed work.

  • Review the user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and workflows and manage the backlog of the products and user journey.
  • Work with BA to make sure PRD documents transfer into tasks, estimate, and plan for releases.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Personality traits: Disciplined, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, able to handle work pressure.
  • Work experience:

o Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related roles. Experience in digital transformation is an advantage.

o Deep knowledge of product development processes and modern product management methods.

o Understanding of the market and ability to predict trends and customer needs.

o Creativity and strategic thinking ability to shape and drive product development.

Skills:

o Proficiency in English (communication, understanding English documents).

o Leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-functional environment.

o Communication and negotiation skills to interact with other departments and partners.
