Receive handover of collections from the development department, including: detailed quotes, order forecasts, and collection details.
Receive production orders from customers, import the system, and balance the demand for raw materials needed for the order.
Send production plans to the factory, balancing to ensure input, output, and delivery targets as per customer requirements.
Track the target date for receiving raw materials, the ability to negotiate with foreign suppliers, and the ability to resolve quality issues to ensure input targets for the factory.
Track the production status of orders with the factory: daily output, efficiency, resolve production issues quickly, promptly, and effectively to ensure delivery targets for the customer.
Work directly with customers on a daily basis to update orders, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective feedback to customers.
Inventory management: balancing raw material demand to minimize inventory.
Organize and deploy reports to monitor production with the factory as well as with the customer.
Required qualifications:
Graduated with a major in Garment Technology.
Have experience in order management.
English is the primary language of communication. Must have presentation and communication skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Confidently communicate and dialogue in English with suppliers and customers in a professional manner.
Fast computer operation, fast Excel processing to balance raw materials, control daily reports from the factory and customers.
Problem-solving and solution-finding skills, good time management, able to withstand pressure during peak season, attention to detail but also a holistic view.
