REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or construction management (Project Management Certificate or relevant work certificates are the plus).
5-10 years of experience working on-site (preferably on Wind projects).
Good command of English, previous work experience with foreigners or overseas education is preferred.
Have a good set of skills in analytical, communication, contracting, financial, interpersonal, and management.
