Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

• Follow up the shipping schedule, prepare all customs clearance documents.
• Check price, cost, inform Director if there are any unexpected cases.
• Check inbound, outbound.
• Receive and arrange order from port to warehouse.
• Report trucking to the Director, payment billings every month or urgent.
• Consultant and suggestions to minimize costs.
• Drafting, signing contracts and transactions.
• Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to goods and products during transportation.
• Manage and record keeping documents.
• Perform other tasks as the Director required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from University or equivalent

Experience:

1. Working experience more 01 years in Logistic field, Manufacturing experience preferred

2. Having good interpersonal and communication skills

3. Able to work independently

4. Fluency in English

5. Good at excel/world

6. Work with passion and interesting

Work Policy:

• Working time from Monday to Saturday/ 08:00 17:00
• 12 annual leave days per year
• Participate in Vietnam social insurance
• Increase Salary according to work performance
